Children and hypnotherapy

Children respond particularly well to hypnotherapy and engage happily and easily as they have active imaginations.

Caroline enjoys clinical paediatrics in general practice and finds hypnotherapy extremely effective in helping children in a wide variety of ways ranging from sleep problems, anxiety, confidence and self esteem building, bed wetting, school problems including exam anxiety, nail biting etc. She uses it effectively on her own children!

Caroline sees teenagers on an individual basis commonly for exam stress, anxiety, mood and sleep disturbance amongst other things. She also goes into schools to teach relaxation techniques and to give talks on the importance of physical and psychological well-being.
