Caroline enjoys clinical paediatrics in general practice and finds hypnotherapy extremely effective in helping children in a wide variety of ways ranging from sleep problems, anxiety, confidence and self esteem building, bed wetting, school problems including exam anxiety, nail biting etc. She uses it effectively on her own children!

Caroline sees many teenagers with a range of issues commonly exam stress, anxiety and panic attacks, mood and sleep disturbance, social and performance anxiety. She also goes into schools to teach relaxation techniques and to give talks on the importance of physical and psychological well-being.
